JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-401, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-137, 147 of Railway Act.

One credit card and some cash are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, when he along with others were caught at railway platform. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Dinesh Rai @ Chhedi has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11522 of 2016 (2) dt.15-03-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Katihar Rail P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015, G.R. Case No. 95 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
