The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Case No.461 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 356, 379 and 411/34 of the IPC.

The petitioner along with others is alleged to have been caught on the spot while trying to snatch the mobile phone of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been arrested in this case on mistaken identity. The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.09.2017. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr.Misc.No.55566 of 2017 on 01.12.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57276 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Case No.461 of 2017.
