JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 The petitioner is a PDS dealer having licence No.18/P/2011 under Mashrak block in the district of Saran. The petitioner submits that no show cause was served upon him before cancelling his licence.

From the impugned order it appears that show cause was served upon the petitioner on 28.9.2012 but no show cause reply was submitted by him.

In this view of the matter, it is difficult to accept the petitioner's contention that no show cause was served upon him. However, on the prayer of the petitioner, one indulgence is granted to him to file his show cause within three weeks from today whereafter the licensing authority would proceed to decide the case on its own merit without prejudice by the earlier order dated 9.10.2012 which is kept in abeyance.

Till final adjudication of the matter, there would be no

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
