The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 141 of 2022 under sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.55687 of 2022(2) dt.23-01-2023 2/2 As per the prosecution story, the allegation is that the informant works in the LIC and after collection of Rs. 1,55,212/-, put in the dicky of his motorcycle. Meanwhile, the present petitioners-accused came there and assaulted him, made him unconscious and thereafter took away Rs. 1,55,212/-. Subsequently, the locals came and he was shifted to the hospital. Accordingly, the FIR.

Considering the kind of allegation that has come in the FIR, certainly this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail which is accordingly rejected.
