The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 748 of 2017 (Corresponding to G.R. No. 3233 of 2017) registered under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is the driver from whose possession only one mobile and Rs. 600/- in cash have been recovered. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town
