Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that allegation against the petitioner is that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, especially period already undergone by the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26377 of 2018 (4) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Masrakh Police Station Case No.360 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
