Petitioner is accused in Kako Police Station Case No 108 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 341, 326, 302, 120B of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the specific allegation of assault is against other persons and so far as the petitioner and co-accused Pappu Yadav are concerned, at best, allegation against them is of exhorting others but the said Pappu Yadav has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr Misc No 47452 of 2017. It is further submitted that investigation is complete and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge IV, Jehanabad in Kako Police Station Case No 108 of 2017 subject to the following conditions:

(1) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
