Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been made victim of circumstances. Petitioner has no concern with the accused Akbar Ansari or his father Riyaz Mian. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer bail and submits that there is direct allegation against this petitioner of firing.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27955 of 2018(6) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
