The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the petitioners and 51 others named in the F.I.R. applied for appointment on the post of Panchayat Teachers annexing forged educational certificates. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during the course of scrutiny of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47310 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 applications, petitioners' applications have been found forged, but they have not been called for interview, nor their selection have been made. Similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37622 of 2014, Cr. Misc. No. 32887 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 10158 of 2015 on 19.03.2015 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
