Petitioner is in custody in connection with Simpra P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 19.6 liters of country made liquor was seized from the from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53014 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII cum Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with Simra P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019.
