2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 16.02.2023 at about 2:15 PM, while the brick soling work was going on in front of the house of informant, all the F.I.R. named accused persons came and stopped the work and on protest, they caused injury on the head of mother of informant, who died during course of treatment after 83 days.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and has been made accused in this case simply because she is mother of co-accused Ritu Raj, who

It is further submitted that from perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons of giving spade blow to the mother of informant, who died during course of treatment after 83 days of occurrence.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023, G.R. No. 476 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
