2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 07/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66 of I.T. Act, 2000.

3. The accused/petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 31.05.2025.

4. Considering the submission of Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned senior counsel as thrust of allegation to receive invested amount of Rs. 35,83,000/- is against Md. Aman, coupled with the fact that investigation of this case is already completed, where petitioner remains in custody since 31.05.2025, facing a limited

Case No. 07/2025, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bhagalpur/concerned Court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C./Section 480(3) of BNSS.
