JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn the attention of the order passed in Appeal No.A/221/2017 dated 13.03.2018 by State Appellate Authority. The relevant part of the order reads as follows :- 'After the order was passed, it was submitted by the appellant that he is working as Panchayat Teacher, but not paid salary. If that be so, a liberty is granted to the appellant to file an appropriate representation before the Block Development Officer, Belaganj for payment of his salary/ honorarium for the

If any such representation is filed within five weeks, the said authority shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and after scrutiny, appropriate order, as per rule, shall be passed within two months of such filing of the representation.'

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to act strictly in accordance with the order dated 13.03.2018 passed by the State Appellate Authority as final.
