Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201 of the Penal Code lodged against unknown. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that deceased had come to attend a Barat but his dead body was found in the vicinity of the place where Barat had come. Later one Raghubir Tanti was arrested who recorded his confessional statement on the basis of which petitioner is being sought to be apprehended. Petitioner having been named in the confessional

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48207 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 statement of the co-accused, he should be well advised to surrender in the court below (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai) within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, whereafter the court below will be obliged to consider his case for grant of bail expeditiously, preferably on the same day.
