The petitioners seek bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 388 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have committed murder of the informant's daughter by administering her poison over dowry demand along with others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather omnibus. No such occurrence as alleged ever

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.920 of 2018(3) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 took place. As a matter of fact, the deceased died due to snake biting. The deceased was given proper medical aid but unfortunately, she died and on getting information of the incident, the father of the deceased had arrived at the house of the petitioner and took back the dead body to her maternal house and filed this false and frivolous case against the petitioners with ulterior motive. The petitioners have been languishing in custody since 14.09.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 388 of 2017 (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) rohit/- U T
