The application seeks modification in the order dated 23.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45912 of 2014 to the effect that the petitioner be permitted to furnish the bail bonds in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi where the complaint filed by the complainant is pending.

Learned Counsel, drawing attention of the Court to the said order, submits that inadvertently the bail bonds were directed to be furnished to the Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station although in the bail petition, a prayer was made for his release on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds to the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi.

After having heard the parties, the application is allowed. The order dated 23.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45912 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54807 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 2014 is modified to the effect that the petitioner on or before 10th January, 2017 shall furnish bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties before the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. 595 of 2013 who shall accept the same and release the petitioner on bail.

The application is disposed of.
