Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Aandar PS Case No. 53 of 2017, registered under Sections 143, 342, 323 and 302 of the IPC.

Submission is that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner on trivial issue, but the cause of death is cardiac arrest and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Udho Gond @ Nahar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge III Siwan in connection with Aandar PS Case No. 53 of 2017 (S.Tr. No. 456 of 2017).
