1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8374 of 2022.

3. The trial court report reveals that in this case, out of six witnesses, three witnesses have been examined and thereafter, the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since15.11.2018, learned trial court is directed to expedite and
