JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 24.11.2010 passed in CWJC No. 7242 of 2004 has been complied with inasmuch as a reasoned order has been passed by the office of the Deputy Development Commissioner, Sitamarhi 27.5.2016.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law against the order dated 27.5.2016, if so advised.
