The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 121, 121(A), 120(A), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the explosive Substance Act and 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the UPA Act, The allegation is regarding the police having received secret information that some naxalites have assembled in the forest and when the raid was conducted, the accused persons were arrested. The petitioner is said to be one of the arrested persons, however, no arms or weapons were recovered from the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent, inasmuch as the only case which was pending against

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018.
