2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarbagh P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366-A and 376 of the IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons have kidnapped the daughter of the informant on the pretext of marriage with the petitioner.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was in relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61226 of 2024(4) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 jail since 23.04.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge POCSO- cum- Additional Sessions Judge - Vith, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Kumarbagh P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024.
