JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Only after the opposite parties were directed to appear in person, they have complied with the direction issued in the writ application. It goes without saying that the present decision will be subject to out come of the LPA which has been moved by the State in which no stay has been granted till date.

The personal appearance of the opposite parties is dispensed with and so is the presence of the Principal Secretary, Education, Government of Bihar. However, they must know that judicial orders must be complied with in letter and sprit. The court may not be indulgent further if they continue to defy order knowingly.

The contempt application is disposed of.
