The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Singh @ Sonu Kumar Singh who has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Amit Rai is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Jitendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48591 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Barhara P.S. Case No. 72/2010, with a further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be his father. If the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
