The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379 / 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner shot dead son of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that trial has already commenced and almost all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is refused. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2021, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
