A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents.
The petitioner, during the pendency of the application, superannuated from service but after grant of benefit under the Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACP) Mr. Pathak states that now rules have been framed by the government and as such he seeks withdrawal of this writ application to approach the competent authority for ventilation of grievance(s) of the petitioner.
