1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to make payment of honorarium to the petitioner since June, 2022 as well as provide the Poshahar to the Centre of the petitioner i.e. Aanganwari Centre No.199 which was illegally withheld by the Respondents merely on the ground of so-called verification of the certificates of the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Child
