The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Authority concern/Management to regularize the service of the petitioner w.e.f: completion of their service of 240 days in 1 calendar year from the date, the petitioner was working respectively in the case of workman, and the workman are in settlement to get 1/3 pay scale of full time subordinate staff, management is directed to pay the workman 1/3 scale of full time subordinate staff in terms of the industry level 9th bipartite settlement as stated, and holding unfair labor practice on the part of the

Dhanbad of the other persons, neither direction has been given nor payment has been made the grievance of the petitioner of the present case, the relief may be short for in the present Writ petition for regularize the petitioner of their service and payment of wages should be made of Rs.711/- as per HRD circular 24/2023, dt. 10.05.2023 pass appropriate order according to law as per principle of natural justice."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
