11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with G.R. P.S. Jhajha Case No. 47 of 2017, G.R. No. 109 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has been arrested by police on the basis of an investigation in which his mobile phone was intercepted and he was connected to the present offence. Learned counsel submits that till date no T.I. Parade has been conducted and nothing incriminating articles has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner has, otherwise, no criminal

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and materials on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rail, Kiul, Lakhisarai, in connection with G.R.
