2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on 04.05.2021, this petitioner took son of informant with him, but till night, informant's son did not return and on the next morning, dead-body of informant's son was recovered in Chatra Bahiya. The informant alleges that this petitioner and co-accused Vijay Sada committed murder of his son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence. At best, it is a case of 'last seen'. Petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion. During investigation, none of the witness has claimed to have seen the petitioner committing the alleged offence. No

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the fact that it is a case of last seen with the deceased, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
