The petitioner prays for quashing of the energy bill dated 09.03.2013 issued by the Electric Supply Division, Hajipur, whereby a sum of Rs.6,05,258/- has been raised against him. In my view, the petitioner should file a representation before the Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Hajipur. In case, such representation is filed, the Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Hajipur would inspect the premises of the petitioner and would pass appropriate order within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This application stands disposed of.
