This is a case registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner being mother-in-law has falsely been implicated in this. There is no specific allegation whatsoever against the petitioner having no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 08.10.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63485 of 2017 (4) dt.17-02-2018 satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Danapur, Patna in Bikram P.S. Case No. 295 of 2017 subject to the conditions :
(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.
(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
