In view of the stand taken in paragraph 10 of the counter affidavit and the order dated 16.09.2015 passed by the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority granting further three months' time to the petitioner for purchase of a new revolver/pistol, learned counsel for the petitioner clearly admits that this application has become infructuous and as such, she would not be prosecuting this application. She also submits that Interlocutory Application No. 1156 of 2015 has also become infructuous inasmuch as the order of extension of time has already been passed.
Patna High Court CWJC No.20729 of 2014 (2) dt.21-09-2015 Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as not pressed.
