The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumariaghat P.S. Cast No.34 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 379, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
The allegation against the petitioner is to cause farsa injury on the head of the informant.
It appears from the order dated 10.10.2014 by which the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by the Sessions Judge, East Champaran, that the allegation against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47575 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 the petitioner to cause farsa injury on the head of the informant finds support from the injury report of the informant. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
