ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Balrampur P.S.Case No.72/15 for the offences under Sections 323, 307, 504 and 506 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was some differences between the petitioner and the informant with regard to decoration of flower on the car to be used for the marriage purpose.

It appears that during the fight some altercation took place between the people which caused injuries to the sisters of the informant.

Considering the petty nature of difference between the parties and that the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46287 of 2015 (4) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.Mishra, J.M., 1st Class, Katihar, in Balrampur P.S.
