JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Petitioners pray for release of fertilizer seized by respondent no.4 vide GR no. 6/2013, dated 2.1.2013 arising out of Pandaul Police station Case No. 2 of 2013. Petitioners submit that they are owner of substantial agricultural land and had kept the said fertilizers for their own consumption. They further submits that similarly situated cases have been disposed of vide order dated 20.3.2015, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 3935/13 and order dated 28.6.2013, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 8581 of 2013.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said orders.
