2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons assaulted informant's nephew Chandan Kumar, due to which, he sustained injury on his head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of committing assault is against co-accused Bablu Paswan. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Dalsingsarai, District - Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 28 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
