Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 6278 of 2019 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019 for the offence under section 37 ©, 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 20 liters of mahua wine was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.53901 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 6278 of 2019 arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No.228 of 2019.
