1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2/complainant.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 at the outset submits that the dispute is matrimonial and the same has been resolved by way of one time settlement, as such, opposite party no. 2 does not have any objection if petitioner is granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with C.A. Case No. 812 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 at this stage submits that since the dispute has been resolved amicably, as such, opposite party no. 2 will withdraw C.A. Case No. 812 of 2022 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the Court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar/Successor Court.
