The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S.Case No. 132 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 354A and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of outraging the modesty is not against the petitioner rather against his brother Guddu Ansari and later on, it is alleged that this petitioner, a 17 years old boy, assaulted the informant with leg. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Suddu Ansari is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st
