Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,323,325 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that neither the informant is eye witness of the occurrence nor any witness has supported the allegation as eye witness before the police during investigation. Only material against the petitioner and others is suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017. He has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14687 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mufassil Police Station Case No.155 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
