JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 120(B) and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(X) of the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. From the First Information Report, it appears that there is no allegation against the petitioner of having committed any offence.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. Let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48208 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
