This is a case registered under Sections 413,414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that he has no connection with the alleged vehicles recovered near his house. He submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion since he happens to be the brother-in-law of Anil Kumar, co-accused against whom several cases are pending. It is submitted that during course of investigation it has come that he runs a gang. Petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 20.12.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16667 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari West, Champaran in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
