1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(1) That by this writ application, the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 2.2.2006 contained in appointment order no.- 04/2006 vide memo no.224-26/E passed by respondent no.-3 whereby and where under the petitioner has been awarded Major penalty of stoppage of two increments of pay for ever and also only subsistence allowance for the suspension period i.e 13.05.2005 to 31.10.2005, who has been working as Assistant, Civil Court, Muzaffarpur since 15.11.1998.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, though seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law.
3. It is needless to state that the petitioner is free to avail such other remedies as are permissible and feasible under the law.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
