The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that petitioner has taken out money from ATM booth. Earlier the petitioner has moved for bail before this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.195 of 2014 and vide order dated 14.2.2014 his bail was rejected with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 21.9.2013.
