JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In view of Annexure 10 passed by the Collector, Munger, which clearly states that case would be initiated for cancellation of Jamabandi of the petitioner in which petitioner would be given reasonable opportunity to place his case and since no decision has been taken as yet and further, since it has been ordered that no construction would be made upon the land of the petitioner till such decision is taken, the petitioner does not press this writ application for the present to pursue his case before the appropriate authority itself if he receives notice regarding initiation of any proceeding for cancellation of the concerned

However, it is made clear that no construction should be made upon the land claimed by the petitioner till any final decision is taken in the matter after granting reasonable opportunity to all concerned.
