Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Guraru PS Case No.116 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that after dowry death caused by the family members they were bringing back the dead body to the home village of the husband of the deceased and the petitioner was also found accompanying them in the vehicle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the family member of the husband of the deceased, there is no allegation against him regarding demand
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8160 of 2018(7) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 and torture and the only allegation is that after death he was going along with the dead body and accompanying her husband and others.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Nand Kishor Pandey is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Guraru PS Case No.116 of 2017.
