Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56242 of 2015 (3) dt.21-01-2016 2 / 3 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 342, 353, 324, 325, 379 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that when he along with other police personnel went to arrest Narad Singh (petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 46792 of 2015), he entered into the house. When the police personnel tried to retrieve him, the accused persons along with the house hold people entered into the house and scuffled with them and helped the accused Narad Singh in fleeing away. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner no.1 Ravindra Kumar of Cr. Misc. No. 56242 of 2015 is the driver of Narad Singh, whereas petitioner no.2, namely, Sujit Yadav is the son of petitioner no.1.
Learned counsel further submits that not only Narad Singh but the petitioner no.4 Gajendra Singh and petitioner no.6 Sanjit Singh (petitioners of Cr. Misc. No. 46792 of 2015) too were granted anticipatory bail in Raxaul P.S. case no. 233 of 2014, in which the police has gone to arrest the accused Narad Singh. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56242 of 2015 (3) dt.21-01-2016 3 / 3 thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case no. 59 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
