JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner, APP and the informant. This is a case registered under Sections 147,148,149,341,504,337,323,353 and 427 of Indian Penal Code and 17 of the Cr.L.A.Act.

Petitioner is said to be one amongst 1000 extremists, variously armed, who tried to break the gate of CRPF camp. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against him is general and he has been lodged in several other cases detailed in paragraph 3 of the bail application in respect of the one and same allegation. Charge sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is in jail custody since 18.7.2017 and similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail vide order dated 7.4.2017, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 6338 of 2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case as also in view of the custody of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Madanpur Police Station

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.601 of 2018 (2) dt.10-01-2018 Case No. 135 of 2014 on the following conditions :- (a) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner.

(b) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
