JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-11-2023 At the outset, Mr. Suryakant Kumar, learned counsel for the State by referring to the averments made in the second supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 5, submitted across the Board that all the admissible post retiral benefit has been credited in the account of the petitioner the details of which has also been given vide letter no. 409, dated 17.10.2023 by Medical Officer In-Charge, Tankuppa,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14351 of 2022(6) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 copies of all the necessary letters, showing payment under different heads have also been brought on record by way of annexures to the second supplementary affidavit.

2. It has further been submitted that the amount which was earlier adjusted after having found in excess of the entitlement to the petitioner, that has also been refunded.

3. In view of the averments made in the second supplementary counter affidavit duly sworn by Civil Surgeon -cum- Chief Medical Officer, Gaya, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
