(c), due to inadvertence, in place of mentioning "the Divisional Forest Officer-cum-the Prescribed Authority, Munger Forest Division, Munger", it has incorrectly been typed as "the Divisional Forest Officer-cum-Authorized officer, Rohtas at Sasaram". Same has occurred due to typographical error.

Accordingly, in condition no. (c) at page 4 in order dated 21-09-2015, in place of Divisional Forest Officer-cumAuthorized officer, Rohtas at Sasaram, it may be read as „Divisional Forest Officer-cum-the Prescribed Authority, Munger Forest Division, Munger‟.

The order dated 21-09-2015 stands modified.
